This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect from members of Tokyo Ghoul: Wraith, how we use it, and how we protect it. We're not a business or data-mining platform — just a creative community that respects your privacy.
We only collect the information you choose to share when joining and participating in the server. This includes:
Your Discord username and ID
Your submitted character applications
Your writing in public RP channels
Any scene logs or progression-related submissions
We do not track, store, or collect personal info like IP addresses or emails. No analytics tools or tracking bots are used beyond what Discord already provides.
Your content is used solely for purposes related to the server and its systems:
Scene and character progression reviews
Lore and story continuity
Public character listings
Long-term archive of roleplay scenes
Your content is not sold, shared externally, or monetized in any way.
Everything that is posted in public channels is public. Only staff can review more sensitive data if any is given or collected.
Nothing is shared with third parties. We do not make any content serachable or accessible off platform.
We maintain an archive of:
All approved character sheets
Notable roleplay scenes
Progression logs tied to the server’s system
If you leave the server, you may request to have your application or private submissions removed — but only within 7 days of leaving.
After 7 days, we will not honor deletion requests, as content may already be integrated into shared plots, server archives, or progression systems.
Public roleplay content, including character sheets and logs, is considered part of the shared world and may remain visible for the sake of continuity.
You have the right to:
Request access to your submitted content
Ask for removal of private logs (within 7 days of leaving)
Clarify how your content is being used in system tracking or progression
We will honor reasonable requests and take your concerns seriously.
We operate entirely within Discord’s platform. Any external submissions (like docs or forms) are stored in staff-controlled archives and only accessible by those managing reviews or world documentation.
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the server evolves. Major changes will be publicly posted and timestamped. Continued participation implies agreement with the most current version.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions please message user Umbrieal on Discord.
