Terms of Use

Age Requirement . 

You must be 16 years or older to join. This is due to mature content, complex themes, and our general expectations of member behavior. We do not knowingly allow underage members. If we learn that you are under the age threshold, you may be removed. 

Content & Ownership . 

All characters and content created by you is owned by you. 

By posting your character and participating in the server, you grant staff access to: 

• Archive your Content for Progression Logs or Server Continuity

• Reference your characters and content in Event Planning, Lore Discussions, etc. 

• Use your writing to support or reflect community storytelling. 

Unless otherwise stated explicitly by you, staff will reserve the right to use your content even after you have left the server for the sake of continuity and storyline progression. 

Our Content . 

All custom Systems, Worldbuilding, Content, Graphics, and Structures in Wraith are build specifically for this server and community. Do not Reproduce without Explicit Permission. The IP of Tokyo Ghoul belongs to its respective owners, but our custom content is protected under Copyright Law and any infingement upon that will be taken seriously and possibly pursued. 

Staff Authority . 

By joining this server, you agree to abide by:

• Server rules

• Character creation guidelines

• Roleplay etiquette (power balancing, consent, etc.)

Staff are here to maintain the integrity of the world and the safety of its players. We reserve the right to intervene, remove content, or take disciplinary action as needed. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the server. 

Server and Community Updates .

Wraith is a living and breathing project. It's far from perfect and far from complete. There will be changes to Lore, Setting, Systems, community structure, and policies in the future as we progress. 

Major changes will be publicly announced, but it’s your responsibility to remain informed if you’re an active member. We welcome feedback and community discussion on most updates. 

Leaving the Server . 

You are of course free to leave the community at any time. If you wish to have anything removed before leaving then you may do so. We will respect all requests where possible, but some logs and characters may be archived or used if they directly affect the roleplay in a large way. Your characters may be killed off, or written away to explain your leaving the community:  this is not malicious, just keeps the world flowing and maintains the gritty and grounded themes that the server was founded on.

- Are eligible to participate (age requirement, conduct)

- Acknowledge staff’s right to enforce these terms fairly
